FishMap incorporates a number of tools and Resources

FishMap Gbrowse Genome Browser for Zebrafish Genomics datasets. Currently hosts over 50 datasets (tracks) pertaining to genome-scale data on Zebrafish (Danio rerio).

BLAST server A web interface to the BLAST program. Includes TBLASTN to search for protein sequences.

ID converter interchangeably converts any of the ten commonly used ID to any other ID.

FishMap is currently accepting submissions of genome-scale data to be incorporated in the database. Genome-scale predictions are also welcome if the tool/algorithm is published in a peer-reviewed journal.
